Yes — add your message at checkout and we'll handwrite it for you, complimentary with every order.

Bespoke pieces are non-refundable once design and production are approved. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the piece meets your vision before production begins.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due on completion, before dispatch. For pieces under USD $1,000, full payment is required upfront.

Yes. We can incorporate your own stones or metals into the design, hand-finished to integrate seamlessly with the new piece.
