We stand by the quality of our jewelry and will buy it back based on the current price of gold and silver. Please visit your Account to initiate a buyback. *Availability subject to specific markets, shipping cost might apply.

We also provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty against any defects. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, mishandling, loss, theft, or modifications by third parties. Wear and tear is a natural part of a jewelry's lifespan and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Each AURÉV piece is hand-finished, giving it a unique touch. As a result, you may notice slight variations compared to the images displayed on our website. These variations are not defects; they are a testament to the individuality and craftsmanship of your AURÉV jewelry.

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, please initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact our customer care team at hello@aurev.co to request a return, and we will guide you through the process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the order tracking information. If you have created an account with us, you can also track your order status in the orders section of your account.

You can cancel or update your order as long as it hasn't been processed for shipment yet.

For bespoke pieces, you can cancel your custom order for a full refund before production starts. Cancellations after the design stage incur a 15% fee to cover 3D design work. Final designs are always confirmed with you before production.

In most markets, online purchases within a reasonable monetary value for personal use are exempt from additional import duties. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there will be any additional costs.
