Yes — every AURÉV piece comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering workmanship and material integrity. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, mishandling, loss, theft, or third-party modifications.

Each piece is hand-finished, so slight variations from website images may occur — a mark of craftsmanship, not a defect.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime in the orders section of your AURÉV account.

You can cancel or update your order any time before it's processed for shipment.

For bespoke pieces, cancellations before production begins receive a full refund. Cancellations after the design stage incur a 15% fee to cover 3D design work. Final designs are always confirmed with you before production starts.
